Packages are usually delivered within Morocco in 1–3 business days after dispatch, and internationally in 7–14 business days, depending on the carrier and customs.
Tip: Keep the original packaging until your order arrives safely or a claim is resolved.
Carriers may operate on a reduced schedule. Orders placed on Moroccan or international public holidays are processed the next business day. If your delivery falls on a holiday, it will arrive on the next available delivery day shown in your tracking.
